RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT IN BOTH PETITIONS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to STAY all further proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.12 of 2016 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul as against the petitioners 1 to 4 pending disposal of the quash petition and thus render justice.

Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 3748/ 2017 :

To DISPENSE WITH THE PERSONAL APPEARANCE of the petitioners 1 to 4 in D.V.O.P.No.12 of 2016 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, pending disposal of the above Criminal Original Petition and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.BASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Interim Stay granted is not extended and the Miscellaneous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Petition of stay of all further proceedings shall dismissed.

However, the presence of the petitioners before the Trial Court is dispensed with until further orders, as they are only relatives of Shanmugavel(A1). It is made clear that the pendency of the Criminal Original Petition shall not be a bar for the Trial Court to proceed with the case.
