The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner, which is the subject matter in O.S.No.780 of 2017.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is a tenant under the premises originally belongs to one Deivendran and after his demise, the fourth respondent herein is trying to interfere with his possession. Based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the respondents 2 and 3 are interfering with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
possession of the petitioner. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the third respondent Sub Inspector of Police, S.S.Colony Police Station, Madurai City is present before this Court and submitted that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry has been conducted and after enquiry, the complaint is also closed on the ground that it is civil in nature, directing the parties to approach the concerned civil Court.
4. Considering the fact that the complaint given by the fourth respondent is closed, if at all the petitioner has any right over the property, it is always open to him to approach the appropriate Court.
