This petition has been filed to direct both the respondents to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner as well as his family members on the basis of his representation to both the respondents dated 20.10.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that they would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner.
