AZAGARSAMI, Advocate for the petitioner while admitting Criminal Original Petition the court made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and execute a bond under section 88 Cr.PC. for Rs.5,000/- without sureties, with the further undertaking that in the event of Crl.OP(MD)No.5336/2017 being dismissed, he will appear before the trial court without waiting for fresh summons. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court shall stands dispensed with.
