This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in crime No.515 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent herein under the supervision of the 1st respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the FIR in crime No.515 of 2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent has been enquired and the same was closed on 12.09.2014 as 'Action Dropped'.
