Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SHANMUGASELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. This petition is ordered accordingly.
