ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed that the orders of this court dated 15.07.2025 passed in CrlOP(MD)No.11746 of 2025 has not been complied with. 2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and the same has been registered in Crime No.763 of 2024. The petitioner with a grievance that the investigation was not completed, had filed a petition in CrlOP(MD)No.11746 of 2025 and this court by order dated 15.07.2025 directed the respondent police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.763 of 2024 within a period of two months.
3.Now this contempt petition has been filed that the orders of this court dated 25.07.2025 has not been complied with.
4.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government counsel by referring to the order dated 07.04.2026 in CrlOP(MD)No.6927 of 2026 submits that the accused in Crime No.763 of 2024 has filed a quash 2/4
petition and this court has granted an interim stay. 5.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. 12.06.2026 DSK To The Inspector of Police, Sivagangai Town Police Station, Sivagangai.
