No.5303 of 2022 by an order dated 29.11.2022 directing the petitioners to stay and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai at 10.00 am., until further orders. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tirchy while granting anticipatory bail in Cr.M.P. No.5303 of 2022 by an order dated 29.11.2022 directing the petitioners to stay and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai at 10.00 am., until further orders.

2. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tirchy in Crl.M.P. No.5303 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022 directing the petitioners to stay and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai at https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

10.00 am., until further orders. He would further submit that the petitioners are government servants and they are unable to comply with the conditions imposed by the sessions Court, hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case the condition imposed on the petitioners to to stay and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai at 10.00 am., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 6.30 pm., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain unaltered.
