Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJKUMAR P, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P. KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21356 of 2022, dated 09.12.2022. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order is copy made ready, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of the Taluk Legal Services Authority attached to the concerned Court. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.
