This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose expeditiously the IDOP.No.110 of 2023 pending on his file within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Ph.D., scholar and employed in Northen State and hence, she wants to dispose the IDOP as expeditiously as possible.

3. Since the IDOP is of the year 2023, the petitioner can approach the concerned Family Court itself for speed disposal. There is no question of issuing direction. If request is made by the petitioner before the Family Court for speedy disposal, the same shall be considered by the learned Judge on merits.

4. With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
