Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.LAXMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2. Anticipatory bail was granted as per the order in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.23276 of 2016 dated 20.12.2016, directing the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the order copy was made ready on 23.12.2016 and received the copy on 26.12.2016 and the present application for extension of time is filed before this Court on 05.01.2017 within time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, time for
compliance is extended for a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
