This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent Police to complete the investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.12.2018.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has given a complaint before the fourth respondent Police alleging that some persons cheated him, after receiving the sale consideration, failed to execute the sale deed in his favour. In this regard, the petitioner made a complaint before the second respondent Police on 25.12.2018. The respondent Police has sofar not acted upon, on the complaint, therefore, the petitioner has filed this present petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending and the summons were also issued to the concerned parties by the respondent Police.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also cosidering the fact that the complaint is pending from the year 2018, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the enquiry by producing necessary documents. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
