Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.THIRUMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.805 of 2023 dated 11.01.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam.

4. Considering the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before concerned Court on 15.02.2023 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the court.
