RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP (MD).No.2520 of 2017 dated 15.03.17 and modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to appear before the Pattukottai Town Police Station at 10.00 am instead of appearing before the Town Police Station, Karaikudi daily at 10.30 a.m.

, until further orders except the date of hearing Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition for modification of the bail condition on the ground that in the subsequent case, this Court has directed the petitioner to report before the Pattukottai Town Police Station, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. whereas in this case, this Court has directed the petitioner to report before the Town Police Station, Karaikudi, daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. Since the distance between Pattukottai and Karaikudi is more than 120 k.m.

, it is impossible for the petitioner to comply both the conditions at the same time.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that in compliance of the condition passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4410 of 2017 arising out of Crime No.382 of 2015, the petitioner is reporting before the Town Police Station, Pattukottai from 24.04.2017. Hence, earlier bail condition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2520 of 2017 is modified to the effect that "the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall report before the Pattukottai Town Police Station, once in a week, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders except the date of hearing".
