O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the alleged complaint given by the third respondent.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent Police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner filed the present Criminal Original Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the third respondent gave a complaint against the petitioner to the second respondent Police. He would further submit that as the complaint is pending before the respondent Police against the petitioner herein alleging that he has committed forgery and cheating, the second respondent called the petitioner to enquire him with regard to the earlier complaint. But without appearing for the enquiry, he filed the present petition before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the complaint is pending before the second respondent Police, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent Police and co-operate with the enquiry. During enquiry, there shall not be any harassment to the petitioner by the respondent Police.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
