This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent No.2 for not to harass the petitioner by intervening in the civil dispute in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 herein. The respondent Nos.3 to 5 have also lodged a complaint as against the petitioner. Both the parties filed complaints against each other and those complaints were enquired and closed. During enquiry the police have not harassed the petitioner. Therefore, he prays to close the present Criminal Original Petition.
