This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.37 of 2016.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the intervener pointed out that the co-accused in Crime No.37 of 2016, had earlier filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3562 of 2018 to quash the First Information Report. The petitioner herein is the second respondent in the above said case. This Court vide its order dated 12.03.2018 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3562 of 2018, directed the respondent Police not to file a final report. 3.In view of the interim order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3562 of 2018, the respondent Police is not in a position to file a final report. In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
