ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under section 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. It is not in dispute that as on date, no FIR has been registered against the petitioners. It is admitted that petition enquiry is pending. If at the end of enquiry, the respondent registers any FIR against the petitioners, the petitioners will be put on notice, so that, the petitioners will have breathing time to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.2536 of 2021 move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. There is no question of orally summoning the petitioners to the police station for enquiry. If the respondent wants to enquire the petitioners, only written summons will be issued. 4.With this direction to the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
