PETITIONER/SOLE ACCUSED Vs STATE REP.BY THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, BAZAAR POLICE STATION, RAMANATHAPURAM (CRIME NO.103 OF 2017) ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police i.e. daily at 10.30 A.M until further orders in Crl.OP(MD)No.3793 of 2017 dated 04.04.2017 in Crime No.103 of 2017 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.Accoriding to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Avadi Police Station, Chennai, once in a week i.e. On every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, for interrogation.
