ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed seeking direction to dispose of the D.O.P.No.819 of 2021, within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.The matter is of the year 2021. A report has been called for and report received stating that the matter was referred to the Mediation 1/3

Centre. But, because of the non appearance of the respondent, it could not be completed. Now it is posted on 02.04.2024 for filing counter. 3.Considering the fact that the matter was filed in the year 2021, there shall be a direction to the Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil, to expedite the trial process in D.O.P.No.819 of 2021 and dispose of the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
