Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The case of the petitioners is that Kumbabishekam for the petition mentioned temple is to be held on 04.02.2023 and 05.02.2023 and that the private respondents have made it clear that they will not allow the petitioners to participate therein.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that there is no impediment for offering worship as such. I am not in a position to issue any direction because the petitioners have come literally at the last minute. 04.02.2023 and 05.02.2023 are holidays and it is not proper for this Court to issue any direction against the private respondents behind their back.

4. Recording the submission of the official respondents that all persons will be allowed to offer their worship, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
