O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the 3rd respondent dated nil .11.2025.and direct the 3rd respondent to defer the pending appeal till the disposal of the civil suit with respect to the property in S.No.22/4C to an extent of 0.08.5 Ares(21 Cents) in Chittanur Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned 2/5

Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the private respondents, notice is dispensed with.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents would submit that the pendency of the civil suit in OS No. 120 of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai, was not brought to the notice of the concerned authorities. Further, he would submit that since the authorities come to know about the pending civil suit, they would await the outcome of the civil proceedings and accordingly act upon it.
