The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement so made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner/husband is working at Chennai and the second and third petitioners are the inlaws of the respondent herein and hence, they are not in a position to appear before the Trial Court regularly. Therefore, their appearance may be dispensed with.
4. This Court, normally, would not allow any application seeking for dispensing with the personal appearance. It is always open to the petitioners to file an application before the Trial Court seeking for dispensing with the personal appearance. If any such application is filed, it is for the Court concerned to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
