Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.Considering the reasons assigned by the Petitioners, the Petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs,10,000/- with Single Sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and ten days time is extended for complying with the conditions imposed from the date on which the order copy made ready, to surrender before the Court concerned. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
