ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third and fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner and workers of the petitioner's Jeni SPA situated at 174 C, North Veli Street, Simmakkal, Madurai in accordance with law.

2. Today When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.2705 of 2020 would submit that the petitioner is running a Spa in the name and style of Jeni SPA and there is some reliable information that under the guise of running spa, the petitioner is indulging in immoral activities. He would also submit that the fourth respondent is the authorised officer under the Act and that if any reliable and reasonable information is received against the petitioner, the fourth respondent will take action inaccordance with law as contemplated under the provision of immoral traffic act and rules framed there under and other than that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
