ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.11.2024 under the criminal law in the light of the dictum laid down by the Honble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Ors. reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the compliant of the petitioner is under enquiry and they will dispose the representation of the petitioner as early as possible.

3. In view of the representation of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to dispose the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.11.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, ordered. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
