ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to issue direction to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.01.2023 from the file of the second and third respondents to some other agency and also to direct the first respondent to monitor the said investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and since the dispute is of civil in nature, further action was dropped. He would further submit that R.C.S., notice was served on the petitioner. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
