ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.10.2015 and take necessary action against the accused persons within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.345 of 2015 has been registered.
