This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the garb of usurping his power.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as an accused in Crime No.285 of 2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Panagudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in Crime No.285 of 2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Panagudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District, now the prayer sought for by the petitioner, cannot be granted at this stage.
4.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
