ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the complaint lodged by the writ petitioner on 25.10.2025 as against the second respondent.

2. A perusal of the representation reveals that the petitioner has availed SBI General's Trade Credit Insurance-Whole Turnover Policy.

3. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the second respondent has not followed the regulations of the policy and the second respondent has not compensated the full invoice amount. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the second respondent to the first respondent on 25.10.2025. Since the same has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2025 and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
