This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.59/11 on the file of the first respondent 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed on 23.11.2013 before the Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Tirunelveli, but sofar, the case was not taken on file.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, the learned Judicial Magistrate (Anti Land Grabbing), Tirunelveli, is directed to verify if already a charge sheet has been filed, then he should take the case on file, without further delay.
