2. Learned Additional Advocate General made a submission that action has been taken to dispose of the representation submitted by the first

respondent.

3. Therefore, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of with a direction to the appellants to dispose of the representation submitted by the first respondent / writ petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
