The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was the original owner and he was in possession of the property in question. The third respondent is trying to grab the possession of the property in question and trespassed into the petitioner's land by threatening the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint before the respondent Police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that an enquiry in this regard is pending. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner and the third respondent are directed to appear before the second respondent police with necessary documents. If any property rights or civil disputes are involved, the respondent police shall relegate the parties to move the jurisdictional civil Court.
