O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused for quashing the impugned FIR in Crime No.2 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Chinnakalai/second respondent herein is the defacto complainant. He is present in person before me. He is identified by Mr.Deivam, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Vadamadurai Police Station, Dindigul. The second respondent has expressed his no objection for quashing the impugned FIR the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) IPC. Therefore, I am of the view that no purpose will be served in continuing the impugned prosecution.
