O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey of the petitioner's land based on the latest representation dated 25.11.2024.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the respondents also fixed the date for the survey and the survey is proposed to be conducted on 12.02.2025. Therefore, he would pray that the said representation may be taken on record and the representation be disposed of. 2/4

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner is also satisfied that if the survey is going to be conducted on 12.02.2025, the said representation of the official respondents can be recorded and the writ petition being disposed of in such terms. 4.Though the petitioner has also prayed for police protection, it is left open to the discretion of the official respondents to seek the assistance of the police in the event of any law and order arising at the time of survey being conducted. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the official respondents that the survey is being conducted on 12.02.2025, no positive direction needs to be issued in this writ petition.
