ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry and except by following due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that four complaints were received against the petitioner and after enquiry the same were ordered to be closed. Subsequently, the petitioner has given a representation not to harass and the same is pending.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 07.02.2023 NCC :
