PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in C.C.No.97 of 2013 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 342, 427 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.52 of 2013, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person, during the trial, the petitioner was in abroad for his employment. Therefore, he could not appear before the concerned trial court. Therefore, the trial Court issued NBW against the petitioner, hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the petitioner is involved in this case in C.C.No.97 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District. During the trial, the petitioner had not appeared before the trial, therefore, NBW was issued against the petitioner on 13.12.2013 and the same is pending. 5.Taking into consideration of the fact that more than, six years NBW is pending. The petitioner has not stated any valid reason for his non appearance before the trial court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
