O RDER This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor /respondent for deliberate and willful disobeying the order of the this Court made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15535 of 2022 dated 29.08.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was forwarded to the District Crime Branch, Madurai on 08.02.2023.

3. Let the petitioner appear before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Madurai and on his appearance, the District Crime Branch, Madurai is directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the same as early as possible.

4. With the above observation, this Contempt Petition is closed.
