When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.12.2014 for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought adjournment to list the matter after the Christmas vacation. Even thereafter, the petitioners did not take any steps to list the matter for admission and even without ordering notice, the matter is kept pending. Therefore, it shows that the petitioners have no interest to pursue this quash petition and it is pending for four years. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition.

2.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. The first respondent is directed to file the final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
