ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue non traceable certificate in respect of the document viz., Original Sale Deed in Document No.1717/1988 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Aranthangi.

2. The petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent through online on 21.01.2022 alleging that he lost his original sale deed registered vide Doc. No.1717/1988, when the petitioner went to xerox shop. Even today, the second respondent did not trace the same and also failed to furnish Non traceable certificate.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and issue Non Traceable Certificate for the original sale deed registered vide Doc.No.1717/1988 on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated. 21.01.2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
