This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 CrPC / Section 528 BNSS, seeking to quash the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.1576 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate N o.I, Madurai. 2.The matter was listed under the caption 'for compromise'. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, submitted that the petitioner/A1 is having 3 previous cases similar in nature and apart from that, non-bailable warrant is pending against him.

3. Recording the same, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in C.C.No.1576 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai.
