Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner in pursuance to charge memo in Na.Ka.No.A8-9195-2013, dated 29.04.2014, within a reasonable time as may specified by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner in pursuance to the charge memo in Na.Ka.No.A8-9195-2013, dated 29.04.2014. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the respondents may require three months time to complete the disciplinary proceedings. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner in pursuance to the charge memo in Na.Ka.No.A8-9195-2013, dated 29.04.2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
