When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are only 11 witnesses in this case and that the trial can be concluded within a period of four months. 2.In view of the said submission, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathiram, Dindigul District to conclude trial in C.C.No.260 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
