ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused for quashing the impugned FIR in Crime No.107 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The second respondent is the defacto complainant. He is present in person before me. He is identified by Mr.R.Lakshumanan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Pattiveeranpatti Police Station, Dindigul. The second respondent has expressed his no objection for quashing the impugned FIR the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 294(B), 427 and 506(ii) IPC. This is a case of case in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

counter. Therefore, I am of the view that no purpose will be served in continuing the impugned prosecution. A compromise memo has also been filed before this Court.

3.Hence, the impugned FIR is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly. The Joint Compromise Memo signed by the parties shall form part of the order.
