This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet list opened at the second respondent police station on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2023.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2023 will be considered in the next meeting.
