Respondents Prayer : Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS to direct the first respondent herein to comply the order dated 19.08.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.II, Usilampatti, in Cr.M.P.No.1018 of 2024 and to register an FIR against the second respondent herein under Section 294(b), 441, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to comply with the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, in Cr.M.P.No.1018 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024 and to register an FIR.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that order of the lower Court has been complied with and FIR in Crime No.30 of 2025 has been registered for the offence under Sections 294(b), 441, 427 and 506(2) of IPC. Therefore, this prayer of the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Since the first respondent registered FIR in Crime No.30 of 2025, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 04.02.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Rmk 2/4
