PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent to depute any other investigation agency to investigate the case in Crime No.303 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent and connected case in Crime No.498 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent simultaneously. For Petitioner : M/s.Mani Anandh P For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 and 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to depute any other investigation agency to investigate the case in Crime No.303 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent and connected case in Crime No.498 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent simultaneously.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to some money dispute, two cases came to be registered in Crime No.303 of 2021 and 498 of 2021.

3. After registration of the First Information Report in Crime No. 303 of 2021, the respondent police completed investigation and also final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and the same has been taken cognizance in CC No.123 of 2021. Hence the petition stand dismissed as infructuous in respect of Crime No. 303 of 2021. With regard to the registration of the First Information Report in Crime No.498 of 2021,the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3349 of 2022 before the concerned Court within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the second respondent with regard to the Crime No. 498 of 2021.

4. With the above direction the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
