ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to survey the property in S.Nos.133/2, 133/3 and S.Nos. 95/2A1 and 95/2C2 situated at Puththendal Village, Pa.Keeranthai Group, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramnad District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2019.

2. The second respondent herein has filed a counter affidavit stating that pursuant to the application made by the petitioner seeking to survey the subject property, survey has been conducted and therefore the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the survey conducted by the respondents, it is for him to make a fresh application along with all necessary documents seeking to survey the property. If any such application is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the second respondent in accordance with law and final orders shall be passed after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners and other interested parties if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of an online application submitted by the petitioner.

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
