O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate four boundaries in the petitioner's landed property comprised in Survey Nos.213/2A2 and 213/2A4 at West Idayapatti Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District with the aid of the 3rd respondent police, on the basis of her application dated 15.11.2023 after affording an opportunity to the parties concerned.

2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has made an application before the first respondent on 15.11.2023, requesting to conduct survey and demarcate four boundaries in Survey Nos.213/2A2 and 213/2A4 at West Idayapatti Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District 2/5

with the aid of the third respondent. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's application dated 15.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
