ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 506(ii) and 376 IPC in Crime No.100 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 30.08.2015, when the defacto complainant was in agriculture land, the petitioner waylaid her and forcibly committed rape by life threat. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the investigation is pending.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
